My Design Process

✔️Analysis

Any good learning begins with the end in mind. I communicate effectively with key stakeholders and SMEs, determining the audience, gaps in knowledge, business goals, and the outcome needed to produce solutions to organizational needs.

✔️Design

Honing in on learning objectives, delivery, instructional content, and interactivity, I produce the design documents, storyboards, and scripts for the course in collaboration with stakeholders through revision processes. Breaking down the learning to reduce cognitive load and ensuring accurate application of the knowledge learned is a challenge I overcome for you.

✔️Develop

The creative aspect of making learning come to life is invigorating. I develop trainings that are effective, functional, and on brand for organizations. Regular quality assurance checks allow me to evaluate the quality of all learning solutions I produce. I am proficient in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Canva.

✔️Implement

Learners are given the tools to create positive outcomes to business goals. Whether it’s SCORM-compliant e-Learning or just in time job aids, I deliver quality learning solutions for an LMS or on the job.

✔️Evaluate

After implementation, data determines the success of the business solutions provided in the training. As no business is static, improvement is always on the horizon. I use the data as well as collaboration with stakeholders to update courses or begin the process of learning and developing a new business goal.
